Description

he MY8-AEB from Yamaha is an eight-channel AES/EBU digital audio I/O interface for compatible Yamaha digital audio products. It has four stereo inputs and four stereo outputs in the form of 75 Ohm BNC connectors. An REF video input is also provided that can receive an NTSC or PAL reference video signal for word clock synchronization for the device in which the MY8-AEB is installed.

For outstanding reliability, the MY8-AEB uses Yamaha's eXi-Clock function, which is capable of continuing word clock generation, even if the video signal is interrupted. Perfect for use in broadcast applications, the MY8-AEB is a great choice for keeping high-quality audio in sync with a wide range of video sources.
