User Warranty Claim Procedure

As a Yorkville product owner who purchased the product in Canada or the U.S.A. you should be aware that there is an UNLIMITED 2-YEAR "EVEN IF YOU BREAK IT" WARRANTY on most of the products that they make. Furthermore, Yorkville doesn't care if you bought it from an authorized Yorkville dealer or if it was new when you bought it. As long as it is an electronic product or speaker system of their manufacture which was purchased by a dealer or end user as a new unit within the past two years, or first rented as a new unit within the past two years, you are covered. That's virtually all there is to it. What voids the warranty? Virtually nothing voids the warranty*. In simple terms, if it needs repairs for any reason during its 2-YEAR warranty period, it is covered. Click here for more detailed information about their warranty.

If you have difficulty determining whether or not something is still under warranty, simply note the manufacturing date contained in the serial number, then add two years to obtain a feasible expiry date. When there is no other proof, that is what we do. In Yorkville's serial number system, the year of manufacture is the first digit, and the month is next two. For example, serial number "701----" would date from 1997, month 01 (January). A feasible expiry date would therefore be January 1999.

* As expressed on Yorkville's warranty card "Freight charges and damages caused as a result of major accidents or natural disasters (such as fire, automobile wrecks, tornadoes, etc..) are excluded from this warranty."

Please note that Yorkville does not operate independent "Authorized Service Centers" outside of their dealer network. If you need to send your product directly to Yorkville, it’s best to contact them first to discuss your options.

Shipping Information

• Free Shipping: All orders within the United States include free standard curb-side pickup shipping, delivered in 5-7 business days.
• Other Delivery Options:
  • Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and packaging removal (note: saunas excluded).
• Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
• Out-of-Stock Products: You can order out-of-stock items. Estimated restock dates will be shared before we charge your card.

Damages During Transit

• Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours, including photos of the box and product, to ensure quick resolution.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Exchanges for other items may have fees waived depending on the product.
• Initiating a Return: Contact us for detailed return instructions. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
