QSC Limited Warranty

QSC provides its own manufacturer's Limited Warranty during the warranty period (“Warranty Period”) described in the Limited Warranty Period Table (“Table”). No other or more extensive rights than those described herein can be derived from this Limited Warranty.

THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE IN ADDITION TO AND INDEPENDENT OF THE STATUTORY WARRANTY CLAIMS THAT YOU HAVE BASED ON YOUR LOCAL LAW.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OTHER THAN DESCRIBED IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH, QSC DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QSC DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, QSC LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT QSC'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

What is covered by this Limited Warranty?

QSC warrants the Products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with QSC’s published guidelines for a Standard Warranty Period and Extended Limited Warranty Period as defined in the Product List at the end of this warranty statement.

Standard and Extended Warranty Requirements:

  • The Standard Limited Warranty Period, described in the Product List, begins from the invoice date of first purchase. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty validation.
  • The Extended Limited Warranty Period, described in the Product List, begins from the invoice date of first purchase. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty validation, and the Extended Limited Warranty period will only apply if the Product is registered at https://www.qsc.com/support/product-registration/.
  • The registration must have been completed within 30 days of purchase.

QSC or the respective QSC Service Partner will charge you a fee:

  • If the examination of your Product by QSC or the QSC Service Partner shows that you are not entitled to a warranty claim, or
  • No fault was found during the examination of your Product and your Product is working without any faults.

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Any non-QSC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with a Product. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than QSC may provide their own warranties.
  • Software distributed by QSC with or without the QSC brand is not covered by this Warranty.
  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance, or failure to follow the instructions and/or maintenance and repair recommendations contained in the User Manual or at www.qsc.com.
  • Products modified to alter their functionality or capability without QSC's written permission.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or manufacture.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, exposure to liquids, fire, earthquake, acts of God, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by operating the Product outside QSC's published guidelines.
  • Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized Service Partner of QSC.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
  • Conditions caused by normal wear and tear or due to the normal aging of the Product.
  • Damage caused by use with another product.
  • Products on which any serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.
  • This Limited Warranty does not cover the transport costs and risks of transporting your Product to QSC or a Service Partner.

Whom to contact in case of Limited Warranty claims? How to make a claim!

If the Product fails to conform to the preceding warranties and you wish to make a claim in respect of the Limited Warranty, you must:

  • Notify QSC or a QSC Service Partner that there may be a defect by contacting them through email or telephone; proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status and whether your Product is still within the warranty period.
  • If repair work is necessary, the Product must be delivered to QSC or the QSC Service Partner, via pre-paid transportation. You are responsible for insurance and ensuring secure packaging.

All expenses incurred in making a claim under this document shall be borne by you.


What will QSC provide if the Warranty is breached?

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to QSC or a QSC Service Partner, at QSC’s discretion, QSC will provide one of the below options:

  1. Repair any nonconforming Product or components. QSC may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims, or
  2. Replace the Product or components with conforming ones. QSC may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims, or
  3. Refund the current value of the Product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price, whichever is less.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United States include free standard curb-side pickup shipping, delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • Other Delivery Options:
    • Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or garage.
    • White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and packaging removal (note: saunas excluded).
  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Out-of-Stock Products: You can order out-of-stock items. Estimated restock dates will be shared before we charge your card.

Damages During Transit

  • Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours, including photos of the box and product, to ensure quick resolution.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Exchanges for other items may have fees waived depending on the product.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact us for detailed return instructions. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error.
