Operation 

• Each of the participants can activate and deactivate the microphone by using their own dedicated microphone request button.
• To ensure ease of use, the microphone request button functions the same way as a Wireless Device configured for single use. 

Dual-use with identification

• When the DCNM-WDE Wireless Device Extended is configured for dual-use, and the DCN multimedia Identification at Seat license DCNM-LSID is activated, each participant can conveniently log on to the discussion system by using their Near Field Communication (NFC) tag.
• When logging on, participants can decide if they want to sit on the left or right side of the Wireless Device.
• Participants can log off at any time, by pressing their own logoff button.
• Two copies of the DCNM-LSID license are required for each dual-use Wireless Device that requires Identification at Seat. 

Dual-use with voting

• When the DCNM-WDE Wireless Device Extended is configured for dual-use, and the DCN multimedia Voting at Seat license DCNM-LSVT is activated, each participant can vote at the same time by using their own voting buttons. 
• Two copies of the DCNM-LSVT license are required for each dual-use Wireless Device that requires Voting at Seat.

• Free Shipping: All orders within the United States include free standard curb-side pickup shipping, delivered in 5-7 business days.
• Other Delivery Options:
  • Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and packaging removal (note: saunas excluded).
• Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
• Out-of-Stock Products: You can order out-of-stock items. Estimated restock dates will be shared before we charge your card.

Damages During Transit

• Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours, including photos of the box and product, to ensure quick resolution.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Exchanges for other items may have fees waived depending on the product.
• Initiating a Return: Contact us for detailed return instructions. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
